Techniques matched to the water.
Live bait is one of the most effective methods for roosterfish and other coastal predators. Captains may slow-troll sardines, blue runners or other local bait along beaches, rocky edges and current lines.
Depending on conditions, your crew may also cast poppers, work jigs, troll diving plugs or bottom-fish for snapper and grouper. The best technique is selected using tides, bait movement, water clarity and recent activity.
